COVID-19 Status

The safety and wellbeing of our Mountain Spirit Resort community is our #1 priority.  We are continually monitoring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and putting precautionary measures in place to keep our guests, our owners and staff safe at the resort.

What we’re doing:

Our staff is expected to follow Health Canada’s guidelines to minimize any potential risk to themselves and others:

All hard surfaces are cleaned thoroughly with disinfectant products before and after each guest arrival and departure
Guests or anyone entering on to the property are asked to wash hands with soap or use hand sanitizer before entering units
Washing all linen with a bleach component laundry detergent
Staff are regularly washing hands with soap and use of hand sanitizer
At the first sign or symptoms, we are encouraging all staff to stay home and self-isolate for 14 days
